本片依舊由三個獨立的故事組成：
日本部分故事一盒葬
幽暗中，有個女人在狹隘的箱子裏痛苦的蠕動着，箱子外傳來鏟子挖動地面的聲音，接着只聽見女人恐懼的尖叫聲劃過黑暗，空曠的雪地上有個男人正急着掩埋什麽……
香港部分故事二餃子（這個餃子不同于我上次發的那個香港上映版 結局不一樣的）
爲了留住青春，女人不惜代價，拉皮、做臉、抽脂、瘦身，吃盡苦頭。無法面對年華漸逝的過氣女星艾菁菁(楊千嬅 飾)，千辛萬苦找到了老妖一般青春永駐的媚姨(白靈 飾)，高價向她求來神秘的鮮嫩餃子，爲的不止是自己的容貌，而是要挽回一生最大的保障─留住富豪丈夫……
韓國部分故事三割愛
名成利就的電影導演劉吉戶 (李秉憲 飾)有一天回家，驚覺自己被迫參演一出沒有事先彩排的兇殺片，“女主角”是遭挾持的愛妻，她被幾十條細線拉扯着如同傀儡一般；“導演”則是神經兮兮的綁匪，令人毛骨悚然的“劇本”竟是一個問答遊戲，答錯問題，“導演”叫“CUT”；妻子立即被割去手指！再錯一題，割下的手指丢進果汁機立刻攪成血肉模糊……
